Obblighi Tenuta Yala
Upon arrival, an identification document will be requested, in order to communicate the presence to the competent police bodies.
The room and bathroom that are offered must be comfortable and clean.
The bed/bath linen that is offered by the Estate is changed once a week, except for special requests. Daily room tidying up and cleaning. Supplement euro 5 for extra linen change.
At the time of the balance of the residence fee, TENUTA YALA shall issue regular tax receipt according to the legal obligations.
During their stay, receptionists will be available for all useful information and any user requests.
Obligations for the guest
Tenuta Yala does not accept checks for payment.
Upon arrival, the guest is required to present an identity document and sign the notification form.
Any damage done must be reimbursed.
If the guest books on a half-board basis, he or she must pay for it even if he or she does not benefit from it.
Arrival at the facility is scheduled from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Outside the indicated times, arrival must be agreed.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11.00 am. On the possibility of postponing check-out, please inform the receptionists.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.
Rational use of water and’ electricity is recommended, while respecting the environment.
From 00.00 to 07.00 hours is the period of night rest, so please do not disturb other guests of the property.
Overnight stay of relatives or friends not reported at the time of booking your stay will not be permitted.
The property of Tenuta Yala exempts itself from any liability for any personal items left unattended in the rooms or common areas.
Guest gentlemen are advised not to remove or ruin any objects contained within the rooms and in the common areas of the Estate. Any abuse will be reported to the local public security authorities.

Pet Admission Regulations
Small and medium-sized animals are allowed in the housing units.
It is forbidden to let them climb onto beds and sofas.
The owners are responsible for any damage caused to third parties or to the facilities of the Estate.
Owners are obliged to collect the physiological needs of their animals and ensure that they do not disturb other hosts.
Individual owners will ensure maximum compliance with hygiene and health regulations during the animal’s stay. Animals may not be left alone in housing units or let loose within the Estate.
It will be the care of the owners to be equipped with everything necessary to make them eat and sleep.
Breakfast and Meals
Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00.
Breakfast includes: coffee, milk or tea, bread, butter, jam and homemade baked goods.
Availability of international breakfast on request.
The meal includes: a first course, a second course with a side dish, bread, house dessert, water, 1/2 liter of wine per person.
Further consumption is considered extra.
Please communicate intolerances or allergies at the time of booking.
