- The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the rental amount, to be sent by bank transfer specifying the reason for payment.
- If no deposit is received within 15 days from the booking date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The price indicated by the current rates is for a double room. Any additional guests, including children up to 3 years old if they use a crib or cot, will incur an extra charge as indicated in the appropriate rate table.
- Additional guests are subject to a supplement.
- Children up to 3 years old pay extra if using a crib or cot.
- If the applicant is forced to cancel the reservation, they must notify the owner at least 30 days before the beginning of the stay; only within this period will the applicant be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid.
- In the event of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost.
- If the guest does not occupy the accommodation within 24 hours of the expected start of the stay, without prior notice, they will be considered to have forfeited the reservation.
- Upon arrival, the tenant must present themselves to the owner to pay the total balance of the stay and provide the refundable security deposit, as well as submit the documents of each person who will be staying.
- A few days before arrival, the vacationer must inform the owner (by calling the number provided at the time of booking) of the expected arrival time (for check-in purposes) to facilitate rental management, making every effort to respect the communicated arrival time and vacating the property no later than the agreed departure time.
- No refund is provided if the vacationer decides to leave earlier or arrive later than scheduled.
